Ridiculous and absurd service

After multiple attempts to reach out to the pnp asap guys and the pick n pay in dobsonville mall I still wasn't refunded. Apparently the delivery guy sent back my order to the store then my order got lost in the store at dobsonville mall. Today I'm at a loss my money gone no products clearly I've donated to pick n pay it's charity. I tried emailing the asap team they are so *********** they have not reached out to me. No one is willing to correct this. Clearly they are used to doing such to customers sadly I won't be shopping from pick n pay ever again they don't deserve my support. I'm wondering how many people have had the same problem being cheated. This is just not acceptable and I want answers.
