Ride manager at Comaro Crossing Pick N Pay Nick

The manager at this store is extremely rude Nick, he along with an assistant screamed at me in front of my child I was in utter shock and could not believe what had happened all because I enquired on a rain check. It was as if the store had been questioned on this before and my query brought back some form of frustration. He hovered over me and told they are not part of pick n pay and don't abide by their rules they are a franchise. The staff are terrified of him it's so sad to a store that was so happily run be operated in this manner. The staff are wonderful and management is ****** and rude! Lodged a complaint it was closed without any feedback clearly proving that comaro does not abide by pick n pay rules or policies since they need not respond if they don't wish to. This store deliberately has no stock when there are sales 90% of the time and always wrong pricing if you are not alert.
