ricoffee has white crystal thins inside

hi,about 2 weeks ago i bought Ricoffay at this store, i dont have the slip anymore but i always pay with ,y card.i only buy from Pick n pay towers and mall@carnival, but i buy more from towers as i am always in Boksburg everyday,,,i opened this coffee and we have been drinking it, but i dont drink coffee eveeyday but yesterday for some reason i looked inside the tin because i noticed white crystal things in my coffee and i washed the cup thinking its dirty and the 2nd cup had the same things, looking inside the tin the whole tin has white crystal looking things mixed in with the coffee, so basically i must have been drinking this coffee like this without paying attention, i need to be refunded, this is not acceptable, are this things checked before they are sealed and send to shops? serial no /barcode no***...now i am wondering if the tummy aches i have been suddering from isnt from whatever it is thats in the coffee.i am not impressed nor happy about this
