I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by Pick n Pay Asap, particularly regarding my wife’s recent experience with their online shopping platform. My wife ordered several products, only to be informed later that they were not available. This has not been the first time we've encountered such issues, which is incredibly disappointing.

After the order was placed, we expected a prompt resolution. However, it has been 5 days since we've been trying to process a refund through the app, and there has been no progress whatsoever. To make matters worse, we are unable to utilize the wallet money for any purchases, leaving us in a frustrating limbo.
