Reversal of my smart shopper points

I went last the 19th to pnp riverpark to buy power with my smart shopper card before i bought i made sure with tge cashier if i could ahe said yes i then gave her my smarter shopper she swiped it and then tried doing the transaction she then said the power is offline and the points already deducted she said the points will reverse back to my smart shopper but up until now it haven came back i borrowed money and told the person ill let him use my smart shopper if he could buy me power in the mean time and ill give him money he bought for me i told him that they reverae the money the 21st because they said it will reverse back after 24 hours. The person that borrowed me the money is putting 10 interest on everyday that im not giving the money.. please assist i called the call centre i have emailed still no response
