Revamp of shop, revamp of staff attitude!

Great that you have updated, upgraded your shop..... But! When are you going to 'update/upgrade' your utterly 'slack' staff's attitude!?!?! (Hint do a 'cold call' visit.....) This attitude of theirs is a carry-over from the old shop days! Remind them there is no gun held to their heads that they HAVE TO WORK THERE! If they do not like P'nP, they are FREE to resign!
