Returns - lying staff/manager ...Follow Up

This is a follow on from my previous complaint on PNP Trade route for the manager and staff lying/being misleading. Christine contacted me from PnP in Mulbarton, she was very professional and made arrangements for me to return the milk. I went in and spoke to Christi, she was polite and professional in her demeanour. I changed the milk and that was it. While shopping I noticed Christi on the floor checking the shelves and she even picked up a tissue lying on the floor. The staff from PnP Trade route must learn from them on how to run a store and what customer service is all about, especially when your customer is not in the wrong. From now on I wouldn't mind driving out to PnP Mulbarton as the standards at Trade Route are below average and continues to deteriorate!
