Return refused because of their own stain
I bought a dog jacket 2 months ago at Mulbarton store. It was the last one and had a stain on it. I bought it as is only to realize it didn't have a zip so when we tried it on, the dog shook it off.
I sent my daughter to return it and the supervisor refused because of the stain even after explaining we bought it like that. I wrote a complaint to their customer service, nothing happened. I called and the lady said I must send an email with pictures, nothing happened. I received an sms stating the call was closed with no resolution. After being such a loyal customer to that specific store, I get treated like a ********

Kindly note that I have emailed customer care twice already with no joy. I even called them only for someone to make a fool and get me to resend the email with pictures.
I will come back to this platform if you fail to contact me in a week. To think I spend so much at your store monthly but you make me struggle for R400
