RESOLUTION NEEDS TO COME TODAY

Still no update, all I get is we are working on your complaint, there's a delay. Absolutely appalled, there's no call there's no real response, there's no SLA.

I want this resolved TODAY, If you are overwhelmed at the tickets and complains you need to work then clearly there's a problem with Pick n Pay.
