Reserved total a complete ****
I am really shocked at how we’re being ****med with this “reserved total” system!
Pick ‘n Pay claims to not deducting the reserved money but the money is never returned back! It seems that they have now found a way to make more money from people!
I’ve once written an email about their system not being up to date about stock that’s available which technically leads to them saying items are out of stock after deducting the incorrect amount.
If the money was really just a reservation then number one I wouldn’t get a deduction message from my bank and number two , my bank balance would change accordingly after the correct total shows on my bank statement but my bank balance doesn’t change after they apparently take their balance which shows that they actually take money of products that are out of stock!
No stock, no money- easy!
