Reported expired drink

I placed an order with Pick n Pay Asap on the 9th of December 2022. Order number ***. Part of my order was two Fanta G****s worth R38. Upon the arrival of the order, I realised that one of the coldrinks was actually passed best before date, meaning it has expired in my eyes! Since I saw the date after the delivery driver had left, I called the review and complaints number provided on the app. I spoke to a Hloni Molefi and he asked that I send him a picture of the date and as such, I will receive a refund for the coldrink as they will not come to deliver a new one. I did as he requested but as I write this review today, 06 January 2023, I still have not received my refund! And no form of communication is happening between them and I as to what is happening and why!

I have witnessed the people picking onlines orders do it in store and I can't help but wonder why the store has expired stock in their shelves! This is beyond unprofessional and I want my money back!!!!
