Repeatedly Poor Service from Pick n Pay ASAP! – Jackal Creek Corner

I am extremely disappointed with the Pick n Pay ASAP! delivery service from Jackal Creek Corner. This has happened to me multiple times: the drivers never deliver, and instead come up with excuses about “network issues” or claim they tried to contact me when they did not.

It feels dishonest and *****, and it’s very frustrating to place an order only to be left waiting, with no delivery at all. This is not a once-off incident, but a pattern I’ve experienced repeatedly.

As a loyal Pick n Pay customer, I expect better service and accountability. I strongly urge Pick n Pay to urgently address the reliability of the ASAP! drivers at Jackal Creek Corner – this service in its current state is unacceptable.
