Repeated overcharge from Pick n Pay

I keep buying from Pick n Pay ASAP and they don't scan the butchery items. I repeatedly bring this to their attention. My next step will be to the consumer protector and media. On the 13th I was overcharged. I followed up with Sizwe 4 times and to date no response. My chips was also stapled all over the bag which I had to ******* and it had holes all over to get stale
