Repeated Order Failures and Unacceptable Service

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I placed an order, my money was taken immediately, and after waiting for two hours, the driver cancelled it with no warning. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering this isn't the first time it's happened.

Now I'm being told I have to wait three days to get what I paid for. Your service is unreliable and continues to let customers down, especially when they need it most.

I expect an explanation, a full refund, and compensation for the repeated inconvenience. At the very least, improve your systems so others aren’t put through the same frustrating experience.
