Refusing to honour published prices.

In its newspaper adverti*****t, Pick n Pay MULBARTON, advertised the following product: I&J Fish Fingers; Buy 4 for R60. The special runs from Wednesday the 03/10/2018 to Tuesday, the 09/10/2018. Despite having publish this price, the manager, a certain Sergio, refused to honour the advertised price. He (Sergio) justified his decision by stating that an apology notice had been posted on the fridges and at the entrance. I have photos of the fridges and you will clearly see that there are absolutely no notices regarding incorrectly advertised pricing. Furthermore, the notices at the entrance to Pick n Pay had to be pointed out because they had been placed in the most inconspicuous places. Imagine placing a notice of an incorrectly priced item on the side of the scanner-detectors! Who works into a store, sideways. The signs were discreetly placed, were NOT in colour and no notices were placed on the fridges, yet this manager named Sergio would NOT honour the published price. WHAT DOES THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT SAY ABOUT THIS????????? – I have plenty of photos. Let me know what you need, please.

A great way to show your "commitment to improve on your service levels" would be to provide feedback on complaints within a reasonable, acceptable timeframe. Use it, don't use it. 6 Days ago you responded with a mere useless, generic reply but what have you done about this complaint, actually?
