Refusing to assist

On Saturday the 31st Oct, we went to do groceries at pnp maponya. They had the incorrect pricing on their dove soap. They had priced it at R7.90 instead of R28. When I got to the till I notified the cashier that I saw it for R7.90 Cashier called Kedibone who is the \supervisor"Kedibone asked me if do I really think dove would cost R7.90. It's a mistake. I refused to pay R7.90 and guess what she refused to override for the cashier so I could pay at that lower price"
