Refuses to Refund Customers

I placed an order with PnP ASAP on March 4th, and they delayed it by more than 12 hours without giving any reason or even bothering to communicate. I had to call an ASAP agent to cancel the order, which they did, but instead of a refund to my account, I was given store credit. What kind of service is that?

I’ve been trying to get my money back ever since, but no refund has been issued to my account, and there’s been absolutely no email confirming anything. This whole situation is beyond frustrating. They’ve taken my money, provided ZERO service, and now they’re holding it hostage. On top of that, their call center is a joke. I’ve wasted more than 50 rand on airtime trying to reach someone, and I’ve gotten nothing but silence.

This level of incompetence and disregard for customers is appalling. I will NEVER use PnP ASAP again, and I want my money back – not store credit, because I will never give them another cent. The fact that this is happening is ridiculous, and I’m beyond angry. A 1-star review is too kind.
