Refused to refund my R150 airtime

<p>Pick N Pay Claremont branch i purchased a R150.00 rand of airtime for cellphone, not knowing at that time i would find that my specific contract phone does not accept the airtime. then contacted telkom mobile and was told that i would have to take it up with with the shopping centre to dispute my problem, but guess what i just got the run around to be informed to do the same thing, but this time with Telkom mobile store. Guess what they told me to go back to you. I mean seriously the is bull. where are your signs or notices or policies on your till slips informing us there is no such thing as a refund??? this is maybe the first time and the last time. I mean i dont even have this much hassle at my local corner shop. im really disgusted to even be told theres nothing your shop can do when informed by your customer care agent. i want my deserved money back for what i paid for, its really disappointing to have to waste hours of my life for this *******.</p>
