Refused to put enough gravy on my meal

Disappointed by pic n pay protea Glen mall staff member that when I bought meal of the day this morning, the light in complexion lady speaking xhosa refused to put enough gravy on my meal. This it made it difficult for me to finish my meal. Meal of the day must have its own gravy and not be taken from other stew meals. Don't they respect the batho pele principle - to be particular value for money.
