Refused to pack groceries
Concerning the York Street Branch in George. The cashier refused to pack my groceries because I brought my own bag, she just stare at me and looked around. I make a point of offering the bag before putting the groceries on the counter. After asking the cashier in question Shamelle Lindoor if it wasn't her job to pack the groceries after she rang it up, she said NO. There is environmental groups that would be EXTREMELY interested if it was your policy to be rude to clients not buying your shopping bags!
