Refused to allow me to pay one item at the cigaret

I needed to pay for one item and buy cigarette as well, however I was told to go join the queue for single items and come back for the cigarette.Mind you,i was on lunch and the queues were beyond ridiculous as always.I was actually informed that at this Pick and Pay,clients are not allowed to pay at the cigarette counter,which I found very interesting.What irritated me the most is the attitude and the facial expressions on those ladies wearing red,who refused to give me their name except Mpho.Pick and Pay really need to invest on training their staff,including security guards on customer service.<br> <br> <br>
