Refused service because teller @ cigarette counter decides she only allows cash withdrawals

Bad treatment all round since it’s establishment. Cashiers always ruining the experience, ****** cashiers, oh I don’t know why I didn’t go to checkers today like I always do! Cashier at cigarette counter decides she doesn’t want to serve me claims that she only deals with cash withdrawals. I left my TWO items right in front of her and went to Checkers. The whole time something told me: go to checkers go to checkers. My Sunday morning 3 November 2019 is sucker punched. Feels exactly how it felt before they built a checkers in this Mall. Please treat your people of all colour respectfully, please don’t deny service just because you don’t feel like serving someone just because you decide that you don’t like them. I must state, I only experience this at this particular branch if I really want to go to Pick n Pay, we drive to the one at East Rand Galleria.
