Refused drawing cash from till

I went to the Pick 'n Pay at Primrose at around 5pm on Friday 1st April<br> I tried to draw cash from till, and amount of 2000 rands, and was refused.<br> WhencI requested to speakcto a supervisor, I was ignored.<br> <br> How can Pick 'n Pay claim to offer a service and then fail to deliver on that service. This is not on.
