Refuse to spray my basket to hygiene

Good day I'm so irate went to Pick n Pay Langebaan was about 09h30 Monday morning.As we all know covid19 is the most dreaded virus at the moment.I come to the door i take a wet towel wipe the handle of my trolley.I ask the security to spray my trolley baskets to make sure its hygiene free.She laughs at me and tell me they don't do it even on customers request.I left walked in went to a guy sitting by the desk.I ask him how come i can't have my baskets sprayed as Plumstead Pick n Pay does it.He tells me about their protocol is different so i asked him so what about the customer safety covid19 is real.He tells me the baskets gets washed everyday and his shop is hygiene clean.He started getting very irate I just walked away said it fine with your protocol so you don't care about your customers you wash your baskets once a day and it must stay hygiene free even when the next cystomer come with cobid19 touch the basket and the next customer uses the same basket.They don't even care about social distancing.I phoned back to PnP langebaan the lady answering the ph refuse to give the managers name asking me all stupid questions.This is the first PnP with such attitude towards their customers.I request an apology from that manager as he even put the ph down on me.I phoned about five times.They have no respect for their customers and covid19 is real.
