Refuse to refund

I bought a generator from PNP Hyper Woodmead, the generator was too small for my needs so I took it back, the box wasn't even opened.<br> I took it back on Sunday and was promised that my money would be refunded and it would take a maximum of 3 days.<br> <br> Its now day number 4 and still nothing!<br> This is really nice of PNP they have my money and the generator and I sit with nothing.<br> Its not a small amount of money neither but of course PNP couldn't care less as after all its just another customer, who needs them anyway<br> <br> Disgusting, pathetic service
