REFUSE TO EXCHANGE ROTTEN BREAD

<p>I bought a loaf of albany bread on Monday afternoon & to my suprise when i wanted to use it in the morning it had black marks and hard on the sides. In the afternoon i drove past pick n pay express to exchabge and buy the usual essentials. To my surprise the manager told me that they HAVE A 24 HOUR RETURNS POLICY ON BREAD. Meaning aftee 24 hours you cannot bring tge bread back. She further went on to say the bread could have gone off while in my car and REFUSED TO GIVE ME ANOTHER LOAF OF BREAD. SHE WAS RUDE AND NOT INTERESTED IN MY STORY OR TO EVEN LOOK AT THE BREAD. </p>
