REFUSAL TO PURCHASE ICECREÀM

I went into Pick and Pay Parow centre today and as I was waiting to pay at the till I saw a sticker for Magnum icecream for R2.

I was delighted and wanted to purchase all of the icecreams but much to my disappointment I was told by the manager that is was an error.

My belief is that at any retail outlet you pay the price that is there for the product so why was I not allowed to purchase the icecream as the error was not with me
