Refusal to help catch theif

Christmas presents bought while shopping at Hemingway’s were ****** without me noticing while in Pick ‘n Pay. Upon relization, all that was done to assist me was being asked to leave my contact details in case the packet containing said purchased Christmas presents was returned. Unhelpful staff who did not show me the video footage upon request and seemed unphased by the fact that pickpockets or ******* were robbing their customers.
