Refusal to give me cash back

Most of the time that I go to the Pick 'n Pay at Pimville zone 4, thr same lady would refuse to give me cash back. My thing is how can she not have cash late in the afternoon? And when I app**** for the Tyme back account, I was told that I could withdraw from any Pick 'n Pay, or Boxer store but I always have a problem with the Pick 'n Pay at Pimville. Really dissatisfied!!!
