Refusal to give item for advertised price.

Good day, <br> <br> On the evening of 5 September 2015 @ 19:00 , I shopped at Pick n Pay in Canal walk . I added 2 packs of Pampers premium care nappies that was advertised at R179 on the shelf ,the advert also added that we will get 3 extra stikeez for every nappy pack purchased. <br> <br> When I arrived at the till to pay for my groceries and the nappies , I noticed the nappies being incorrectly rung up and we had to wait more than ten minutes to get a supervisor to attend to correct the price.The supervisor then queried that it should not be R179 and the shelf advert was then searched for.<br> <br> Later the advert was found on the shelf and brought to the till.The advert correctly indicated that the nappies are for R179. However, they would not process it.<br> <br> It was clear that they didn't know anything about the nappies and only refused to process this due to the nappies \being too cheap"!<br> <br> The front line manager was then called - she was unhelpful and definitely not customer focused at all. <br> <br> Subsequently"
