Refunds not happening with no explanation or assistance

I'm battling to get answers from them. They rep**** on my previous review saying they had some technical issues. It's been over a month of constant mailing from my side to get my orders sorted. I was promised a full refund but as to date 1 order has been partially refunded, the second order no refund at all. I'm not getting any feedback or assistance. Truly frustrating
