Refunds

Specials are sometimes forcing consumers to use the Picknpay asap App to buy online as those specials just on the App..I ordered 24 of a item..received 9..now my Refund takes 7 days..this is Ridiculous!.I really need my money but have to just wait..why can't refunds be quicker!!..
