REFUND WAS NEVER PAID

28 July 2022 I bought groceries on the Pick n Pay ASAP app. My items were delivered, I immediately noticed 3 items were missing. I reported it and we agree on a refund. They assured me it should take about 3-10 working days. I’ve never received that refund till today. I’ve called and emailed numerous times since then. It costs money by the way. I even gave them an alternative payment method as requested. Again, recently when I called they acknowledged all communication since and said they’d get back to me, it’s been weeks…no response yet. No refund, no voucher, nothing!!! I’m exhausted.
