Refund Urgently i cannot wait for more days

I am unsure if you are a ****, Pick n Pay, or what the issue is. I have sent you emails with no response and when I call your 0860 customer support number, it cuts me off when I press the options that I think are relevant. I believe this is being done deliberately because I want my money from my wallet. It has now been 7 working days without the payout into my account. Therefore, I need you to process that payout manually from your side as soon as possible.
