Refund ********

Absolutely atrocious service from Pnp ASAP! My account was debited last week. The order was canceled and still the refund is not in my account of nearly R700. I have sent numerous emails and called and NOTHING. NO RESPONSE. No communications while you just hog my money and waiting all this time? I called yesterday and then suddenly the line was disconnected while explaining this mess. I called back and it just gave me a notice saying the number does not exist. So you think you cx an just block people you *****ed over? Sort out your customer service mess before posting ads on social media and trapping people.
