Refund required URGENTLY PLEASE

Please refer to the attached, on the 08 th. of September 2023, (2 weeks ago), I bought the Greenmouse blue tooth earphones, at Pick n Pay, Main Road, Claremont, Cape Town.

I live in Wynberg, I don't have my own transport.

I have just been back to said store for a refund, when I wasn't getting any joy at the Customer Service counter, they eventually called for the store manager, & then, they send the admin manager to me, & after explaining to her that I won't use them, because they hurt my ears, the nonsense that said admin manager gave me, well, need I say more, enough said.

I respectfully request a FULL refund without any further delay, what utter nonsense & the treatment that I received is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

Kindly attend to as a matter of EXTREME URGENCY please.
