Refund request.

following up on my refund, I paid for food that never was never delivered to me. I'm really not getting why I have to wait so long for something that wasn't even my fault. I've been sending numerous emails and I'm not getting any joy.

I placed an order on the 31st of March and still have not been refunded? It's past the 10 working day period stipulated on your email. This is ridiculous. I want my money back please.
