Refund - Pick n pay Ravenswood

Pick n pay ASAP team takes so long to process their refunds, on the 27th of Feb i have processed a refund until today no money received on my account,I don't think this is fair for the customers to wait for almost a month to get their money back.I will definitely not be ordering from Pick n pay app again.
