Refund of Huggies gold

I'm so disappointed and hurt at the same time I've logged a request regarding refund of Huggies gold,my spouse went and bought Huggies while I was at work when I called he said he bought at Pick n pay Busy Corner I told him that they are expensive I will call them before I buy at Game since well they are on sale for 2 it's 389,I called around past two the guy told me that as long as they are sealed and have a receipt I can bring them back came back and went to pick n pay when I get there the lady who was assisting me she told me they don't refund pampers and I told her that I called and was told I can bring it back I even showed her tht called she just gave me attitude and said we don't do refund and even if the store manager answered he was going to say we don't refund went back home called the check line the lady who was assisting was kind and logged a complain and I received reference number but now when I do follow ups I'm being told that the store hasn't rep**** and the lady I spoked to today she said what does the policy say unfortunately we got cut off,now I checked their policy it's says I can return baby pampers within 14 days,what's frustrating now is that no one is saying anything with this economy I buy where there is special kindly assist.
