Refund not received

I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience with PicknPay Asap. On 31-05-2025, I had a order cancelled which I needed to get the funds withdrawn, after numerous attempts of selecting the payout method still the funds were not withdrawn. I then on the 07-06-2025 logged a ticket with the support team who then manually processed the refund for me and I was promised to have the funds in 3-5 working days. However, I've yet to not received a refund spite 9 days passing since my request on 07-06-2025.

I've tried the call centre but still no assistance. Unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved.

I kindly request that you look into this matter urgently and process my refund as soon as possible. If there's any additional information needed, please let me know.
