Refund not processed its been 10+days

ITS BEEN OVER 10days i have been waiting for my refund,i called ,wrote followup emails,texted on fb page no one is getting back to me.

Reason 1 order no *** I have recieved rotten pumpkin and all necessary prove were sent.

Reason 2: order no *** My order total was 110 that was deducted but items rang to total 50,46 from store i should get difference as R110 was alredy deducted

Reason3: order no *** Rice that was 25r was out of stock and i choose replacement of a new rice which was R40 Instead of 15r being deducted they deducted 50r as the second transaction I need my change

I was told my refunds will be combined as 1 refund transaction and be sent after sending the banking details. I sent them but no one is now getting back to me.
