Refund Nightmare

I bought items in December from the Pick n Pay app & funds where put into my Pick n pay wallet due to them being out of stock. I request an EFT payout that same month & now 4 months later I still haven't received it. I've called & emailed multiple times and now been told the funds where paid out but there's nothing in my account. They've asked me for a bank statement but can't tell me when the funds the funds where paid.... so how the hell is that gonna work??? I've requested proof of payment & they still haven't been able to provide me one.

This is absolutely ridiculous. I want answers. This is truly appalling service & suggest no-one use this service.
