Refund never paid back

I advise against using Pic a Pay order online. I utilized the online order for home delivery, but some items were unavailable, and I was promised a refund. However, it has been over a week, and I have yet to receive my refund. Upon checking the refund status on my Pic a Pay Smart Shopper, it indicates no refunds. It appears they collect payment without providing reimbur*****t. My order number was #***. They never paid me back my R73.99.
