Refund immediately please

So I ordered @ 12 only to be told @ 4:30 that they have no drivers. You know I could have gone to the shops or ordered somewhere else. You completely wasted my time. But alas, I finally get a call but the person who spoke to me needs a lesson in client service. Anyway, can you please refund me immediately? The refund was not processed and I expect it to happen immediately. Don’t see any reason for a delay. I’ve deleted the app so won’t bother you again, so let’s just get this done please and forget about all of this? No need to make this a big thing. Thanks
