Refund from PnP asap online

I have made an online a transaction with PnP on the 16th of June. On their side, the transaction failed but still money was deducted from my ***.94 was debited from my account. At first they acknowledged that they have received my money and they would refund me. That was a month ago, said I should forward my banking details so they do an EFT. Just a week ago, they sent me an another email saying they didn’t receive any money from my side. I have sent my bank statements countless times, I have called and also emailed them. And everytime I call I speak to a different agent.
