Refund from pick n pay asap

On the 7th of March I spent 832. 96 on the pick pay ASAP 1item was out of stock and the 179 was credited on my smart shopper wallet, this past weekend my my app was deleted mistakenly and when I downloaded the app again to spend the 179 it is not there, I want my money back, I logged a query via email till today no reply Request #3108
