Refund for undelivered goods 23/03 (***)
Why in the world are you making customers to wait for 10 days for a refund of goods that you never bothered to deliver? I want my refund today with interest for the additional days that you've haboured my money yet I never got the goods. My bank process deposits immediately and up to 24 hrs if the deposit is interbank. So clearly the issue is not with my bank. It's been 15 days!!!

10 Apr 2023, 18:01I have provided my order number as part of the complaint. My contact details are in the correspondence as well. This is just a tactic to stall further. I am not interested in the so called backlogs that your business has if anything that should be an indication of the poor service that you provide. I want my refund by close of business on Tuesday otherwise you will be refunding a whole lot more and it's not a threat.
