Refund

I placed an order on PNP Asap. My payment duplicated and till to date i have not received my funds since 30 Nov. Ive called in numerous times holding for long and eventually getting hold of someone and they say it will be sorted nothing is done. I ask to speak to a manager they say the manager will call me back nothing. Today 14/12 i spoke to Nosi she cant find record of anything. I asked to speak to a manager im holding for 20mins now. The pick n pay ASAP service is pathetic. No response to emails either.
