Refund

On the 25th of November 2022, I did an online purchase. The amount of the purchase was R755.98 but was invoiced R1726.05. I immediately logged a call and enquired about this transaction and was given tracking number 547663. I have been making enquiries about my refund and still today only being told that my enquiry has been forwarded to the Refunds Department .
