Refund

On the 15th December 2023 I went to pick n pay chilli lane and bought Netflix gift card for R500, when I get home tried loading the card but it kept on giving error on the 16th I tried again and still error reading. I then call Netflix customer service which they advised me that the card is not activated and should go back to pick n pay for a refund or a replacement. I went back to pick n pay they told me that they can't refund me but they will wait for the head office approval and they will cLl me the following day(21 December) I have been waiting for the call since then. This is unacceptable as I have paid so much and the kids could not watch the tv
